This Privacy Policy explains what information the Hypeman mobile app (“Hypeman”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) processes, why, and the choices you have. Hypeman is a camera-based workout companion that counts your exercise reps on your device and plays voice coaching during a set.
The app is provided by TechForce OÜ (Estonia), the data controller for the limited data described below. You can reach us at info@techforce.pro.
The following never leaves your device and is not sent to us or anyone else:
To understand how features are used and to troubleshoot issues, the app sends a limited set of events to PostHog, our analytics processor (EU region). This includes:

Why: product analytics and troubleshooting (understanding usage, diagnosing bugs, improving the app). Legal basis (GDPR): our legitimate interest in operating and improving the app, in a privacy-protective, aggregated way.
If in-app purchases or subscriptions are offered, we use RevenueCat to manage and validate them. RevenueCat processes your purchase and subscription status and an app-generated purchase identifier. Payment itself is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never receive your full card or payment details. Legal basis: performance of a contract (providing the purchased features).
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. We use the following service providers, who process data only on our behalf and under contract:

Analytics data is hosted in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to or restrict processing. Because analytics data is tied only to a random identifier and not to your identity, we may ask you to provide that identifier to locate it. To make a request, email info@techforce.pro and we will action it. You can also stop all future collection by uninstalling the app, and delete on-device data at any time from within the app or your device gallery.
Hypeman is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Data sent to our analytics provider is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
